THE SKINNY STORY
The Gettysburg defense held its second straight opponent to fewer than 50 points, registering a 67-47 win over Haverford.

THE LEADERS
Ray Zamloot (Caldwell, N.J./James Caldwell) led the Bullets with 18 points, hitting four 3-pointers.
Malachi Briscoe (California, Md./St. Mary's Ryken) matched his season high with 13 points on senior day.

FOR THE FOES
• Christian Uremovich led the Fords with 12 points and four rebounds.

THE REST OF THE STORY
• The teams traded baskets early before an Aidan Mess (Columbia, Md./Mt. St. Joseph's) hit a 3-pointer for a lead Gettysburg did not relinquish at the 16:16 mark. Ray Zamloot nailed a corner triple nearly two minutes later, starting a 14-2 stretch that opened up an 18-8 lead with 10:33 on the clock. The lead remained between seven and 11 points until another Zamloot trey made it 27-15 with 3:53 on the clock. He then followed with a midrange pull-up with 2:13 showing for a 14-point lead en route to a 31-19 halftime advantage.
• A Gaven Marr jumper with 19:31 showing was the only points of the second half until Niko Rizos hit a turnaround with 16:16 on the clock to cut the deficit to single digits. Eight points from Zamloot, however, in just 31 seconds squashed that run and pushed the lead to 39-23. Haverford had one more run, though. After another Zamloot triple made it 46-29, Rizos scored with 11:23 to play and sparked a 10-2 run over 3:13 to make it a nine-point game. Malachi Briscoe had the response this time, scoring seven of the next points to help push the lead back out to 57-40 with 5:53 to play. A Reece Craft (Downingtown, Pa./Devon Prep) three-point play with 3:35 showing made it a 20-point lead for the first time. The advantage grew to as large as 67-42 before the Fords tallied five points in the final minute.

THE INSIDE STORY
Ray Zamloot reached double digits for the 13th straight game.
• Gettysburg has won 10 straight games – all in conference play – for its longest winning streak since 11 straight from Jan. 23 through Mar. 1, 2008.
Reece Craft chipped in nine points and 10 rebounds. The Bullets finished with a 46-33 rebounding advantage.
• The Orange and Blue have a two-game lead on the conference with two games to play in search of the top seed in the conference tournament. Gettysburg also holds most of the necessary tiebreakers and are all but assured a top-two seed and semifinal host.
