THE SKINNY STORY
Gettysburg placed second at the McDaniel Spring Invitational, finishing with a 36-hole total of 709 in its first two-day tournament of the spring. The Bullets posted a round of 358 on Saturday at The Bridges Golf Club before completing the weekend with a score of 351 on Sunday.
THE LEADERS
•
Caitlin Mullen (Rockville Centre, N.Y./South Side) led the Bullets with a two-day score of 171 to match her lowest career 36-hole total. She carded a round of 86 over the first 18 holes before registering a score of 85 on Sunday to finish seventh in the field.
FOR THE FOES
• Catholic won the 11-team invitational with a 36-hole score of 685. The Cardinals carded an opening round score of 343 to hold a 15-stroke lead on Gettysburg before posting a round of 342 on Sunday.
• Franklin & Marshall's Sarah Wang claimed individual medalist honors, firing a two-day score of 160 (79-81) to win by six strokes.
THE REST OF THE STORY

Claire Mamlouk (Arlington, Mass./Arlington) finished tied for eighth in the field with a score of 173. She opened her weekend with a round of 85 before posting a score of 88 on Sunday.

Abby McMonagle (Troutdale, Ore./Central Catholic) placed 12th overall with a score of 179, carding rounds of 91 and 88, respectively.

Natalie Boyd (Pittsburgh, Pa./Mt. Lebanon) was tied for 21st with a two-round total of 186 (96-90) while
Mackenzie Buerk (Hummelstown, Pa./Hershey) placed 32nd with a two-day score of 196 (101-95).
