THE SKINNY STORY
Gettysburg, ranked 12th in the latest USILA Div. III coaches' poll, had 16 different players score a goal and 20 players register a point in a 25-3 win over McDaniel.
THE LEADERS

Jackson Barroll (Annapolis, Md./Severn School) led the Bullets with four goals – three of which came in a 2-minute, 29-second stretch of the first quarter.
•
Jackson Hearn (Houston, Texas/Episcopal Bellaire) had six points on two goals and four assists.
FOR THE FOES
• Gabe Wallman made 13 saves in three quarters between the pipes for the Green Terror.
THE REST OF THE STORY
• After a slow start by both offenses, McDaniel got the first score on an Aidan Skelly goal with 9:23 to play.
Jackson Hearn then found
Vincent Ferrara (Sparta Twp., N.J./Delbarton School) for the equalizer 40 seconds later. Hearn connected with Barroll three straight times to open up a 4-1 lead with 5:19 to play. An
Ethan Kessler (Ridgefield, Conn./Millbrook School) unassisted tally and
Charlie Johnson (Wilton, Conn./Wilton)-to-Barroll connection on the man-up made it 6-1 after one.
• Ferrara and Kessler each tallied their second markers in the first two minutes of the second quarter before Barroll returned the favor to Hearn with 11:35 to play.
Patrick Maroney (Hingham, Mass./Boston College H.S.), Hearn and
Ryan Sims (Newtown Square, Pa./Malvern Prep) extended the lead to 13-1 at halftime.
• Two
Cooper Savoy (Killingsworth, Conn./Notre Dame West Haven) goals three minutes apart extended the lead to 15-1 with 7:46 to play before
Jackson Chase (Norwell, Mass./Tabor Academy) scored his first career goal with 7:08 showing.
Carter Johnson (Severna Park, Md./Severn School) made it 17-1 before Cutton Statton broke up the run with 2:29 on the clock.
Henry Grosso (Boston, Mass./Lincoln Sudbury) and
Colin Johnston (Northport, N.Y./St. Anthony's) pushed the lead to 19-2 after three quarters.
• Colin Fox opened the fourth-quarter scoring but
Raffael Katts (Easton, Conn./St. Joseph) tallied his first career goal with 9:06 to play.
Gavin Banyas (Pittsburgh, Pa./North Allegheny) added his first of the year and
Owen Craney (Clarksville, Md./Mt. St. Joseph) got his first career goal with 1:27 to play – 35 seconds after his first collegiate point on an assist to
Carter Johnson.
THE INSIDE STORY
• Gettysburg won 29 of 30 faceoffs on the night.
Jaxon Webster (Salt Lake City, Utah/Brighton) was a perfect 9-for-9 while
Tate Kuster (Williamstown, Mass./The Williston Northampton School) won all eight he took.
Brady Schwenk (Royersford, Pa./Spring-Ford Area) went 12-for-13 with his only loss coming on a loss ball push behind the restraining line.
• The Bullets finished with a 76-18 advantage in shots. The 76 shots are the most known shots in a game by a Gettysburg team.
• Gettysburg was one of three teams to clinch a Centennial Conference playoff spot based on the results of tonight's action.
