THE SKINNY STORY
Gettysburg scored 20.5 points to finish eleventh in the York Twilight Meet. The Bullets finished with one all-time top-ten time.
THE LEADERS
- Lillian Boudreau (Adams, Mass., Hoosac Valley) led the Bullets with a sixth place finish in the 200 with a personal-best, season-best and Centennial Conference (CC)-qualifying time of 26.40 seconds which ranks tenth in program history. She added another season-best and CC-qualifying time of 59.38 seconds in the 400 to place fifth.
- Lea Del Grippo (Cinnaminson, N.J., Cinnaminson) placed third in discus with a CC-qualifying toss of 35.49 meters. She added another CC-qualifying throw of 10.54 meters to place seventh in shot put which was also a personal and season-best toss. Del Grippo rounded out her day with a 15th place finish in javelin with a throw of 22.49 meters.
FOR THE FOES
- Saint Francis (Pa.) won the meet with 118 points. Scranton placed second with 104.5 points while Elizabethtown scored 95.5 to finish third.
THE REST OF THE STORY
- Lillian Judge (Beverly, Mass., Beverly) finished fourth in high jump with a personal-best, season-best and CC-qualifying leap of 1.50 meters. She added a second personal and season-best finish placing 38th in the 200 with a time of 28.71 seconds.
- Sara Lessard (Sharon, Mass., Sharon) came in eighth in the 800 with a personal-best, season-best and CC-qualifying time of 2:25.13.
- Anna Hendrickson (Sykesville, Md., Marriotts Ridge) competed in the 5,000 finishing eighth with a personal-best, season-best and CC-qualifying time of 19:12.13.
- Ava Romano (Middletown, N.J., Middletown South) placed ninth in the 5,000 with a personal-best, season-best and CC-qualifying time of 19:17.25.
- Jenna Weylman (Walpole, Mass., Walpole) came in tenth in the 200 with a personal-best, season-best and CC-qualifying time of 26.72 seconds.
- Madelyn Roberto (Howell, N.J., Howell) competed in pole vault to finish tenth with personal-best, season-best and CC-qualifying vault of 2.55 meters.
- Sarah Smith (West Chester, Pa., Unionville) placed 13th in the 1500 with a personal-best, season-best and CC-qualifying time of 5:04.33. She added a second CC-qualifying time of 19:54.49 to place 16th in the 5,000.
- Cassidy Gorham (Chicago, Ill., Lake Forest) finished 23rd in the 5,000 with a personal-best, season-best and CC-qualifying time of 20:22.35.
- Camryn Rogers (Pittsburgh, Pa., Plum) came in 26th in the 200 with a personal-best, season-best and CC-qualifying time of 27.91 seconds. She added another season-best and CC-qualifying time of 2:27.63 to finish ninth in the 800.
- Georgia Mercer (Elkton, Md., Rising Sun) placed 11th in long jump with a season-best and CC-qualifying leap of 4.77 meters. She added a second season-best finish with a time of 29.39 seconds to place 46th in the 200.
- Eliza Hoover (Mahwah, N.J., Academy of the Holy Angels) finished 17th in the 400 with a season-best and CC-qualifying time of 1:02.42.
THE INSIDE STORY
- Emma Marden (Dover, Mass., Dover-Sherborn Regional) came in 36th in the 200 with a personal-best and season-best time of 28.38 seconds.
- Carys Cook (Hendersonville, Tenn., Lauralton Hall (Texas)) competed in the 1500 finishing 15th with a season-best time of 5:09.12. She also finished 22nd in the 800 with a personal-best and season-best time of 2:32.93.
- Ainsley Kilbreth (Nottingham, N.H., Coe-Brown Northwood Academy) placed 18th in javelin with a season-best distance of 20.96 meters.
- Kyla Lorden (Simsbury, Conn., Simsbury) came in 25th in the 5,000 with a season-best time of 20:39.51.
- Theresa Ditri (Huntingdon Valley, Pa., William Tennent) competed in the 200 finishing 53rd with a season-best time of 30.11 seconds. She also finished 28th in the 800 with a time of 2:37.96.
- Danielle Fritchman (East Greenville, Pa., Upper Perkiomen) placed 27th in the 5,000 with a personal-best and season-best time of 21:11.13.
