THE SKINNY STORY
Muhlenberg tossed a four-hit shutout to defeat Gettysburg 3-0 in the 2026 Centennial Conference softball tournament.

THE LEADERS
Jamie Shaw (Mount Airy, Md./Glenelg) had one of the four hits for the Bullets, going 1-for-2.

FOR THE FOES
• Scooter Hulsen had three hits to lead the Mules.
• Eden Clark struck out six and allowed just four hits in the complete-game shutout.

THE REST OF THE STORY
• With one out in the fourth, Peri Kahn singled up the middle before Josie Hoffacker drew a walk. After a fielder's choice, Sofia Gallahue poked a single through the right side to score Hoffacker for a 1-0 lead.
• A one-out Scooter Hulsen infield single and stolen base opened the door for a two-run fifth. Izzy Wilmot followed with an RBI single before scoring on a Kineta Bradley double down the line for the final margin.

NEXT UP
The tournament continues at Swarthmore on Saturday. Gettysburg takes on Haverford in the first elimination game at 11 a.m. with the winner's bracket game between Muhlenberg and Swarthmore to follow at approximately 1:30 p.m.
