THE SKINNY STORY
Gettysburg put up four multiple-run innings in game two to forge a split at Dickinson 10-1 in six innings. The Red Devils took the opener, 7-4.
THE LEADERS

Elie Lardiere (Basking Ridge, N.J./Ridge) led the Bullets with two walks in game one and two hits in game two.

THE REST OF THE STORY
• In game one,
Elie Lardiere led off the third inning with a walk before
Jamie Shaw (Mount Airy, Md./Glenelg) singled. Back-to-back errors staked Gettysburg to a 1-0 lead with the bases loaded. A one-out
Abby Todd (Roebling, N.J./Northern Burlington County Regional) sacrifice fly made it 2-0.
• Two walks and a Marah Goldman single loaded the bases in the bottom of the inning with two outs. A hit batter and Abby Kohan two-run single to right gave Dickinson a 3-2 lead. A wild pitch and Aubrey Coyle single stretched the advantage to 4-2.

Lily Mader (Las Vegas, Nev./Valley) double led off the fourth. With one out, Lardiere walk before a Shaw double scored pinch-runner
Kate Buckley (Springfield, N.J./Jonathan Dayton) and Lardiere to tie the game at 4-all.
• In the home half, Jessie Sandusky led off with a double before scoring on a Gilbert single to break the deadlock. Godman then scored her from third on a two-out single for a 6-4 lead.
• The Red Devils tacked on a run in the sixth with a Gilbert single, wild pitch, groundout and two-out Goldman single.
• Shaw walked to lead off the nightcap then moved up to second on a wild pitch and to third on a bunt and scoring on a
Renee Laczkowski (Erie, Colo./Erie) double. A two-out walk and Mader single staked the Bullets to an early 2-0 lead.

Lauren Bickler (Sussex, Wis./Hamilton) started the third with a triple before a Laczkowski double and
Anika Pelekis (Ridgewood, N.J./Ridgewood) single made it 4-0. With two outs,
Zoe Brennan (Arlington, Va./Yorktown) singled home Pelekis and scored on a
Mya Diorio (Philadelphia, Pa./Archbishop Ryan) double to stretch the lead to 6-0.
• Brennan scored Buckley as a pinch runner for a 7-0 lead in the fifth. A one-out Lardiere triple extended the advantage to 8-0.
• Dickinson extended the game with back-to-back doubles from Sandusky and Gilbert to make it 8-1.
• With one out in the sixth, Pelekis and Todd each singled before both scored on a Buckley double for a 10-1 lead.
THE INSIDE STORY

Jamie Shaw had two hits in game one while
Elie Lardiere drew a pair of walks and scored two runs.

Renee Laczkowski had three hits, including two doubles, in game two.
