Gettysburg College Athletics

Gettysburg’s top returning thrower…Competes in the shot put, discus, and javelin…Ranks 10th in school history in the indoor shot put (32-7)…Outdoors, is ninth all-time at Gettysburg in the discus (112-4) and 10th in the shot put (34-3)...Also a member of the Bullet cheerleading team.

2012 Indoor: Posted the Bullets top mark of the season in the shot put (31-7 1/2)…Placed 14th at the Centennial Conference Championships in the shot. 2012 Outdoor: Recorded Gettysburg’s top marks in the shot put (34-3), discus (109-0), and javelin (109-6)…Scored in the discus and the javelin at the Centennial Conference Championships, placing fifth in the javelin and eighth in the discus...Also finished 15th in the shot put.

2011 Indoor: Sixth at the Susquehanna Classic with a throw of 30-0 ¼ in the shot put… Ninth at Dickinson Invitational with a personal best throw of 32-7 in the shot put. 2011 Outdoor: Finished third in the discus (103-00), fourth in the shot put (29-10 ¼), and second in the javelin (92-9) at the Little Three Meet…Second place finish in the discus with a throw of 105-2 against Messiah/York/Washington Adventist…Threw a season best of 31-8 ½ in the shot put at the Messiah Invitational…Finished third in the discus (82-4) at the Mason-Dixon Invitational…At the Centennial Conference Championships, had personal best throws in both the discus (seventh place, 112-4) and javelin (11th place, 99-11).

High School: Participated in cheerleading and track & field at Red Land H.S….Two-time National Stunt Group Grand Champion…Also earned All-District honors…Served as captain…Was a Big 33 Cheerleader-June 2010...Was a four year scholar athlete…Also a member of the Latin National Honor Society, National Honor and Junior Honor Society and RLHS Latin Club…Ten years total of competitive cheerleading.
