Gettysburg College Athletics

One of the team’s top returning multi-event athletes and a hurdles specialist…Indoors, ranks fifth in school history in the 60-meter hurdles (10.49) and sixth in the pentathlon (2,183 points)…Outdoors, ranks fifth all-time at Gettysburg in the heptathlon (3,205 points).

2013 Indoor: At the Centennial Conference Championships, competed in the pentathlon as well as the open 60-meter hurdles, long jump, and shot put…Finished with the team’s third-best mark in the 60-meter hurdles (10.49) and shot put (28-7 3/4) and the fourth-best mark in the long jump (15-9). 2013 Outdoor: Placed 10th in the heptathlon at the Centennial Conference Championships, where she also competed in the open 100-meter hurdles, long jump, and javelin…Placed second in the javelin and eighth in the high jump at the Gettysburg Mason-Dixon Invitational…Took sixth in the long jump, seventh in the javelin, and eighth in the 100-meter hurdles at the Susquehanna Classic…Placed eighth in the heptathlon at the Messiah Invitational…Posted the team’s second-best marks for the season in the 100-meter hurdles (17.56) and long jump (15-4 1/4)...Was the Bullets’ lone competitor in the heptathlon.

2012 Indoor: Competed in five different events…Finished with personal season-best times of 11.47 for the 55-hurdles, 11.31 for the 60-hurdles, 32.35 for the 200 meters, 14-1 1/4 for the long jump, and 28-7 1/2 for the triple jump…Participated in both the 60-hurdles and the long jump at the Centennial Conference Championships. 2012 Outdoor: Finished with Gettysburg’s second-best mark in the heptathlon (3,134 points)…Placed ninth in the hep at the Centennial Conference Championships, where she also competed in the open javelin and triple jump…Was also second among the Bullets for the season in the shot put (30-4 3/4) and third in the javelin (92-3)…Recorded additional season-best marks of 29.63 for the 200 meters, 4-4 in the high jump, 14-3 3/4 in the long jump, and 28-9 1/4 in the long jump.

High School: Competed in cheerleading, volleyball and track & field at Littlestown H.S….Served as captain for her team…Named All-District…Also named on the York Daily Record All-Star Team for volleyball.

Family Connections: Older brother, Tom, also competed for Gettysburg's track & field team as a multi-event competitor and graduated in 2013.
