2014-15: Swam in three events at the Centennial Conference Championship…Earned team points in both backstroke events, placing 11th in the 200-back and 14th in the 100-back…Also finished 17th in the 100-butterfly…Registered personal season-best times of 53.67 in the 100-butterfly, 2:05.29 in the 200-butterfly, 54.02 in the 100-backstroke, and 1:57.98 in the 200-backstroke.

2013-14: Finished 10th in the 200-backstroke, 12th in the 100-backstroke, and 14th in the 100-butterfly at the Centennial Conference Championships…Recorded personal season-best times of 54.08 in the 100-backstroke, 1:57.63 in the 200-backstroke, and 54.16 in the 100-butterfly.

High School: A two-sport athlete at La Salle College H.S., competing in swimming and water polo…Coached by Frank Litchtner (swimming) and Steve Duncheskie (water polo)…Earned All-District Honors…A member of the National Honor Society.

Family Connections: Cousin, Vince Formica, competed for the Cornell University track & field team from 2008-12.
