Gettysburg College Athletics

Today's match marks the 41st meeting between Gettysburg (13-2, 1-1 CC) and Swarthmore (9-3, 2-1 CC) in a series that dates back to 1984. The Bullets led the all-time series 30-10 but seven of those 10 Garnet wins have come in the last seven meetings. The last Gettysburg win in the series was in 2013... It is the seventh meeting all-time between Gettysburg and Stevenson (14-1). The Mustangs have won the last two for a 4-2 edge in the series. 

WHEN LAST WE MET SWARTHMORE: Gettysburg notched a victory in the opening set but Swarthmore captured the next three for a 3-1 win last season. Zanze Kuba-McCoy led the Bullets with 15 kills and 14 digs. Trisha Razdan paced the Garnet with 14 kills and 12 digs. (Full Recap) (Box Score)

WHEN LAST WE MET STEVENSON: Gettysburg battled back for a second-set win, but host Stevenson dashed past the Bullets in the final two sets to claim a 3-1 victory last season. Zanze Kuba-McCoy led the way with 17 kills while Kylie Ulrich added seven kills, 10 digs and three aces. Shannon Baily led the Mustangs with 16 kills. (Full Recap) (Box Score)

LAST TIME OUT: Franklin & Marshall hit their way to three straight sets over Gettysburg on Wednesday. Zanze Kuba-McCoy led in kills for the Bullets with eight while Chelsea O'Leary registered 17 digs and Olivia Biggs contributed six blocks. Gianna Mangiamele led the Diplomat offense with 14 kills. BLOCK PARTY: Gettysburg reached double-digit blocks as a team for the sixth time this season on Wednesday night. Mary Huegel has five or blocks in six matches this season, including establishing a career best with seven against Penn State-Altoona. Olivia Biggs matched her career high with six blocks against F&M.

LAST TIME OUT: Swarthmore took down Muhlenberg 3-0 on Tuesday. On offense, the Garnet were led by senior Kaylee Zhang, sophomore Trisha Razdan and junior Dani Pena. Zhang and Razdan put up 13 and 10 kills respectively, while Pena notched 30 assists. (Full Recap) (Box Score)

BRINGING BROOMS: Swarthmore has played six straight three-set matches, posting a 5-1 record in those contests. The lone lost in the stretch was to Johns Hopkins last Saturday. In total, seven of the Garnet's nine wins this season have been by a 3-0 margin. 

READY TO ATTACK: Swarthmore has one of the top attacks in the conference, ranking second in both kills per set (12.00) and hitting percentage (.219). The Garnet's top two hitters are hitting better than .250 on the year. Trisha Razdan is hitting .258 with 120 kills while Kaylee Zhang is hitting .256 with 146 knockdowns.

LAST TIME OUT: Stevenson moved its win streak to seven with a straight-set victory over Elizabethtown on Thursday. Six Mustangs recorded five or more kills in the match with set scores of 25-20, 25-11, 25-19. (Full Recap) (Box Score)

ROLLING ALONG: The Mustangs have dropped just six sets in 16 matches this season, including dropping just two during its seven-match winning streak that dates back to a 3-1 loss to Mary Washington on Sept. 16.
