A seven-time All-American...Heading into the 2014-15 season, owns eight school records:100-backstroke (50.34), 200-backstroke (1:49.19), 200-IM (1:51.20), 100-butterfly (50.70), 200-medley relay (1:32.54), 400-medley relay (3:23.68), 200-freestyle relay (1:21.07), and 400-freestyle relay (2:59.70)...Also holds five Centennial Conference records: 200-backstroke, 200-IM, 400-medley relay, 200-freestyle relay, and 400-freestyle relay..
2013-14: Captured a pair of First-Team All-America honors at the NCAA Division III Championships, helping the Bullets to a 16th-place finish in the team standings…Swam the second leg of the 400-freestyle relay that earned the bronze (2:59.70) as well as the 200-freestyle relay that took fourth (1:21.07)…Both relays set school and Centennial Conference records…Also at the national championships, finished 19th in the 200-IM, 32nd in the 200-backstroke, and 33rd in the 100-backstroke…At the Centennial Conference Championships, captured seven medals, including five golds…Won the 200-IM and the 200-backstroke while swimming on the winning 200-freestyle relay, 400-freestyle relay, and 200-medley relay…Also took the silver in the 100-backstroke and the 400-medley relay…Reset his own school record in the 100-backstroke (50.34) at the conference meet while setting Franklin & Marshall College pool records in both the 200-freestyle relay, 400-freestyle relay, and 200-medley relay, as well as the Centennial Conference Championship meet record in the 400-freestyle relay…Broke the school record in the 100-butterfly at the Gettysburg Invitational (50.70), where he also reset his own school record in the 200-backstroke (1:49.19) and broke the pool record in the 200-IM (1:53.41)…Also finished with personal season-best times of 1:51.33 in the 200-IM and 22.06 in the 50-freestyle…Racked up 29 first-place finishes throughout the season.
2012-13: Helped the Bullets finish 15th at the NCAA Division III Championships...Earned First-Team All-America recognition while helping the 400-freestyle relay team to a sixth-place finish in a school- and Centennial Conference-record time (3:00.92)...Also earned All-America honors as a part of the 200-freestyle relay and in the 200-backstroke, finishing 10th and 15th, respectively…Broke the school and conference record at nationals in the 200-backstroke (1:49.26)...Swam to a gold-medal finish in the 200-IM and was a member of the winning 400-freestyle relay team at the Centennial Conference Championships, setting meet and pool records...Also earned silver medals in both the 100-backstroke and 400-medley relay to go with a bronze in the 200-medley relay at the conference meet…Set school and conference record time of 1:51.20 in the 200-IM…Finished with a school-record breaking time of 50.63 in the 100-backstroke…Swam personal season-best 21.62 in the 50-freestyle, 53.95 in the 100-butterfly.
2011-12: Played a major role in Gettysburg’s 14th-place finish at the NCAA Division III Championships…Earned All-America recognition in two relays and was part of eight school records…Captured First-Team All-American honors in the 200- and 400-freestyle relays, which finished seventh at nationals while breaking school and Centennial Conference records in both (1:21.91 and 3:01.55, respectively)…Also swam on the 200- and 400-medley relays that placed 17th at NCAAs…Individually, finished 19th in the 200-backstroke, 20th in the 100-backstroke, and 35th in the 50-freestyle at the NCAA Championships… At the Centennial Conference Championships, captured four golds (200-freestyle relay, 400-freestyle relay, 400-medley relay, 200-backstroke) and two silvers (200-medley relay, 100-backstroke)…Finished the season with school records in the 50-freestyle (20.84), 100-backstroke (50.69), 200-backstroke (1:50.04), 200-IM (1:56.16), 200-freestyle relay, 400-freestyle relay, 200-medley relay (1:32.54), and 400-medley relay (3:23.68).
High School: Set YMCA records in the 200 backstroke and 200 breaststroke under coach Anthony Adlesberger…Was a YMCA All-American.
