Dupras scored less than a minute into the second quarter, but the Bullets responded with a 6-1 run to open up some breathing room. Smith tied it with a man-up tally with 8:36 left in the half before Manilla put the Bullets in front 6-5 at the 5:16 mark. Patrick Serio pulled the Green Terror even with 3:44 on the clock before DeWees struck less than a minute later, making it a 7-6 game at the half.

Gettysburg started the second half with 3-0 run to assume a 10-6 advantage. DeWees, freshman Tim Murphy (Darien, Conn./Darien), and Manilla all found paydirt before Gillen stopped the bleeding for McDaniel with 6:59 left in the third quarter.
