GETTYSBURG, Pa. – Five members of the Gettysburg men's track and field team were named to the Division III Academic All-District team, selected by College Sports Communicators (CSC) recently.
Academic All-District honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America ballot. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America honorees will be announced on June 29.
The following Bullets men's track and field athletes were honored as part of the program:
- Junior Noah Albanese (Castleton-on-Hudson, N.Y./Maple Hill), an economics and political science major
- Senior Connor Elliott (Media, Pa./Salesianum School [Del.]), a health sciences major
- Senior Caden Giordano (Bethlehem, Pa./Bethlehem Catholic), a political science and public policy major
- Sophomore Josh Judson (Arvada, Colo./Faith Christian), a biology major
- Junior Arthur Keegan (Haddonfield, N.J./Haddonfield Memorial), an economics major
To be nominated for the Academic All-America program, a student-athlete must be at least a sophomore with a 3.5 or higher cumulative grade-point average and be a starter or significant reserve. Up to five eligible student-athletes per institution can be selected to the all-district team.
