THE REST OF THE STORY

Stokes Myers (Nashville, Tenn./Montgomery Bell Academy) and the second by
Quinton Mather (Avon, Conn./Avon Old Farms). Two back-to-back goals by Dunleavy stretched the Bullets' run to four straight. Homan got a solo tally on the Bears' second goal of the game, and Nils Updale won the faceoff and dished to Kasoff for a goal just six seconds later. A
Jackson Hearn (Houston, Texas/Episcopal Bellaire) goal from a Dunleavy feed made it 5-3 after one.
• Gettysburg stretched the advantage to 7-3 just 3:51 into the second quarter, getting goals from Maroney and a
Ryan Cernuto (Martinsville, N.J./Bridgewater-Raritan) one-handed ripper. Both goals were assisted by Dunleavy. Christopher Pucciarelli and Mather traded tallies before another Dunleavy goal with just under five minutes left in the first half made it a 9-4 Bullets lead going into the break.
• Ursinus put together a 3-0 run to start the third quarter, scoring three goals in an 8 minute, 10 second span to close within 9-7. A buzzer-beater by Maroney gave the Bullets a three-goal lead with 15 minutes of play left.
• Jonathan Singer and Maroney traded goals to maintain the three-goal differential, before an
Ethan Kessler (Ridgefield, Conn./Millbrook School) solo goal with 8:57 and a
Stokes Myers (Nashville, Tenn./Montgomery Bell Academy) tally just 49 seconds later made it a 13-8 advantage for Gettysburg. Ursinus' final goal came from Kasoff, while Kessler dished to Dunleavy for the Bullets' final score with 2:38 left.
