Avery Palandjian (Lititz, Pa./Manheim Twp.) played one of the most competitive singles matches, falling 2-6, 3-6 at third singles.
THE REST OF THE STORY

Andrea Brazyte (Ronkonkoma, N.Y./Connetquot) and Palandjian dropped an 8-2 first doubles match.
Sarah Guistwite (Carlisle, Pa./Wilson Hill Academy) and
Gillian Rozenfeld (Haddonfield, N.J./Haddonfield Memorial) also played to an 8-2 loss at second doubles.
• Brazyte and
Eden Levkov (Summit, N.J./Summit), along with Palandjian, had the most competitive singles matches of the day. Brazyte fell 3-6, 2-6 at first singles, while Levkov dropped a 2-3, 3-6 decision.
