LAST TIME OUT: After a late rally gave Catholic a 26-24 win in the first set, Gettysburg won three in a row for a 3-1 victory on Wednesday. Erin Gonzalez led the Bullets with a double-double, recording season bests of 14 kills and 16 digs. She also had four blocks and hit .324 on the night. BLOCK PARTY: Gettysburg, which has ranked seventh and sixth, respectively, each of the last two years in team blocking broke out on Wednesday night for 12 total blocks in the four-set win. It was a season high for the Bullets in 2024 and just the second time this season that the team has recorded double-digit blocks. The other was 10 in a five-set win over Bridgewater on the opening night of the season. Mary Huegel led the way with seven blocks while Erin Gonzalez (4), Gianna Galli (5), Ione Pedersen (2) and Clare Farrell (3) all had season high in blocks.
