THE SKINNY STORY
Gettysburg, ranked 23rd, finished first and second in five individual events, including a pair of top-three sweeps, to defeat Washington (Md.), 172-85.
THE LEADERS

Edward Kim (Weston, Conn./Weston) led the Bullets with a pair of individual victories. He won the 200 free with a time of 1:45.61 as well as the 200 IM with a time of 1:58.04.
FOR THE FOES
• Zach Affeldt led the Shoremen with two wins, touching first in the 100 breast (1:00.28) and 200 breast (2:14.95).
• Nate Rawa also won the 100 back with a time of 51.76 seconds. He also led off the 200 free relay that wrapped up the day with a win (1:26.41).
THE REST OF THE STORY

Connor Mangan (Pipersville, Pa./Central Bucks West),
Lorenzo Zullo (Norwalk, Conn./Norwalk),
Max McAlister (Powell, Ohio/Olentangy) and
Connor Booth (Wallingford, Conn./Suffield Academy) opened the meet with a win in the 400 medley relay, combining for a time of 3:30.58.

Harry Nelson (Gettysburg, Pa./Gettysburg Area) led a sweep of the 1,000 free with a time of 10:06.34.
Sam Nelson (Gettysburg, Pa./Gettysburg Area) and
Joe Curry (Phillipsburg, N.J./Phillipsburg) were second (10:07.61) and third (10:25.90), respectively.

Griffin Koester (Purcellville, Va./Woodgrove) and McAlister went 1-2 in the 200 fly with time of 1:59.08 and 1:59.65, respectively, to beat the rest of the field to the wall by nine seconds.
• Booth and
Edward Kim made it back-to-back 1-2 finishes for the Bullets. Booth won the 50 free with a time of 21.75 seconds while Kim was second in a time of 21.91.
• Zullo added an individual win in the 100 free with a time of 47.91 seconds while Booth tacked on a second to his two wins with a time of 48.01 seconds.
• Mangan touched first in the 200 back with a time of 1:54.72. He was also second in the 100 back (52.16).

Sam Nelson flipped the script with his brother for the 500 free but Gettysburg still swept the event. Sam won it with a time of 4:56.80 while Harry was second (4:59.38) and
John Verosko (Gainesville, Va./Patriot) placed third (5:00.96).
• McAlister added an individual victory to his relay first and individual second, touching first in the 100 fly with a time of 51.98 seconds.
THE INSIDE STORY
•
Trey Mitchell (Rehoboth Beach, Del./Sussex Academy) touched second in the 100 breaststroke with a time of 1:00.87. He was also second in the 200 breaststroke (2:16.94).

Connor Tiffin (Elkridge, Md./McDonogh School) placed second in the 200 back (1:59.26).
