THE LEADERS
Jameson Mott (Evergreen, Colo./Evergreen) led the Bullets with 18 points, hitting a career-high five 3-pointers while also grabbing six rebounds and handing out three assists. She highlighted the third-quarter barrage with a 4-for-4 showing from deep in fewer than five minutes.

FOR THE FOES
• Rachel Saxton paced the Mules with 13 points.

THE REST OF THE STORY
• It took both teams more than two minutes to break the scoring before AB Holsinger (Charlottesville, Va./Langley) hit a 3-pointer with 7:52 showing. Emily Unger responded with a triple at the other end for the game's only tie. Shinya Lee (Rochester, N.Y./Holderness Prep School) canned a turnaround to start an 8-0 burst over just two minutes to build an 11-3 edge midway through the opening period and Gettysburg never looked back. Two Veronica Dawson free throws momentarily halted the charge with 4:40 on the clock but a Skylar Reale (Warren, N.J./Morristown Beard) layup in transition started another 10-2 stretch that gave the hosts a 21-7 lead after one quarter. Seven different Bullets scored in the opening 10 minutes, led by six points from Alayna Arnolie (Vienna, Va./James Madison) to go with a pair of assists.
• Rachel Saxton hit the first basket of the second quarter but Amanda Rapel (Phillipsburg, N.J./Phillipsburg) cashed in a 3-pointer and Gettysburg reeled off 10 of the next 11 points to build a 31-10 led with 6:12 showing. The lead remained between 17 and 24 points en route to a 41-19 halftime lead.
• After Lee connected on a pair of backdoor layups, Jameson Mott drained a triple, pushing the lead to 28-19 just 66 seconds into the third quarter. Saxton drove and scored but another Mott trey around five points form Emily Violante (Easton, Pa./Easton Area) extended the lead to 56-21 before three minutes had gone by. Mott canned two more triples and Arnolie drained a 3-pointer of her own to make it a 40-point game for the first time and end the day for the five Bullet starters. Rapel kept the barrage up with the team's seven 3-pointer of the period and made it a 44-point game with 4:44 to play en route to a 71-30 lead after three quarters.
• Muhlenberg scored the first four points of the fourth quarter but Gettysburg responded with an 18-4 stretch that made it a 51-point game.
