THE SKINNY STORY
Swarthmore scored two runs in the top of the ninth inning of game one for a 5-3 victory before carrying that momentum to a 8-0 win in game two to sweep No. 16 Gettysburg.
THE LEADERS

Will Stellato (Fairfield, Conn./Fairfield Warde) led the Bullets with five hits on the day, recording three hits in game one before rapping out a pair in game two.
FOR THE FOES
• Leor Kedar paced the Garnet with four hits, recording two hits in each game.
THE REST OF THE STORY
• In game one,
Will Roche (Milton, Mass./Boston College H.S.) singled up the middle with two outs in the bottom of the second before
Brendan Laqui (Randolph, N.J./Randolph) doubled to deep left to score him for a 1-0 lead.
• Easton Tolson walked to lead off the visitor third before a sacrifice and two-out Max Roffwarg double tied the game.

Jack Burke (Montclair, N.J./Montclair) doubled to start the bottom of the innings before a groundout and
Will Stellato single put Gettysburg back in front, 2-1.
• Benjamin Buchman doubled to right to open the fourth before a Zac Kahn single, sacrifice and Max Beadling RBI groundout tied the game once again.
• Singles from Wislon Henze and Aidan Sullivan around two groundouts put Swarthmore in front 3-2 in the fifth.
• A fielding error, stolen base and two-out Roche single tied the game in the home sixth.
• Gettysburg had the go-ahead run at third base with one out in both the seventh and eighth but could not push him across. Kedar, though, doubled to lead off the top of the ninth for the Garnet before he moved to third on a groundout. Two intentional walks loaded the bases and a fielding error scored two runs for a 5-3 lead. The Bullets had the tying runs on base with two outs in the bottom of the frame but Steven Jungers got his second strikeout of the ninth for his fourth save.
• In the nightcap, Sullivan hit a line drive home run to right field with two outs in the first inning.
• A one-out Brad Johnston homer in the second made it 2-0.
• Three free passes, two wild pitches and an error made it 4-0 in the sixth.
• A fielding error with one out and Kedar single put two on in the seventh before Roffwarg doubled in both runners for a 6-0 advantage.
• A walk, Roffwarg RBI double and Sullivan RBI infield single tacked on two in the ninth for the final score.

• Aidan Tinker went 6 2/3 for Swarthmore in game two, limiting Gettysburg to just three hits as part of the combined shutout.
