FIRST PITCH: Today's Centennial Conference (CC) game marks the 131st all-time meeting between No. 16 Gettysburg (24-7, 3-6 CC) and McDaniel (14-15-1, 5-4 CC) in a series that dates back to 1888. The Bullets lead the all-time series 87-40-3 but the Green Terror swept last year's season series.

LAST SEASON'S SERIES: McDaniel jumped out to a 7-1 lead after two innings before staving off a comeback attempt from Gettysburg for a 12-6 win in Westminster. Jack Pistner led the Bullets with a 3-for-3 days, adding two RBIs, two walks and a run scored. Shea McKenna paced the Green Terror with two hits and three RBIs. In Gettysburg the following Sunday, McDaniel and Gettysburg were knotted 6-all going into the ninth inning, but the Green Terror scored four runs in the final inning for a 10-6 victory. Pistner led the offense with a pair of two-run home runs. He was 2-for-4 on the day with four RBI and one walk. LAST TIME OUT: Dickinson scored 10 runs in the third inning to defeat No. 16 Gettysburg 12-10 and claim the season split on Monday. Jack Pistner led the Bullets with three hits and three RBIs on the day. Josh Markley led the Red Devils with a 3-for-4 day, driving in two with two runs scored and a walk. (Full Recap) (Box Score)

JACK OF ALL TRADES: Gettysburg had 13 hits in Monday's 12-10 loss at Dickinson. Nine of those 13 hits came from the three Jacks in the Bullet lineup. Jack Burke, Jack Pistner and Jack Amirata each had three hits on the day. Burke and Amirata each had a double among their hits while Burke went yard for his eighth home run of the season to start the game. Pistner drove in three runs on the day.

LAST TIME OUT: Johns Hopkins scored a single run on a two-out solo home run to top McDaniel 4-3 in Baltimore on Monday. Ben Davis led the Green Terror with three hits, including a game-tying home run in the top of the eighth (Full Recap) (Box Score)

ALL OR NOTHING:  McDaniel has played five conference series this season and have posted a 5-5 record. The Green Terror has swept two series and been swept in two series while splitting a midweek series with Washington. The conference season opened with a home sweep of Haverford before each team won the home game in the home-and-home with the Shoremen. McDaniel was then swept by Ursinus at home before sweeping Franklin & Marshall at home on Sunday. The Green Terror dropped both games to No. 3 Johns Hopkins.
