Gettysburg won all but one doubles and one singles match to defeat Messiah 6-1.
THE LEADERS
- Eden Levkov (Summit, N.J., Summit) led the Bullets with the second singles win defeating Messiah's Jocelyn Valdez 6-3, 6-2. Her and Mia Graham doubled to win at third doubles without dropping a single game.
- Kate Alianiello (Fairfield, Conn., Fairfield Ludlowe) took the third singles win dropping only one game against the Falcons' Izzy Ipri.
FOR THE FOES
- Izzy Ipri and Annie Forry combined to help lead the Falcons to their point by winning at second doubles 6-1.
- Calla Stoltzfus contributed with a 6-4, 6-3 win at No. 5 singles.
THE REST OF THE STORY
- Sarah Guistwite (Carlisle, Pa., Wilson Hill Academy) took the win at first singles 6-1, 6-3. Her and Emma Ward (Falls Church, Va., George Mason) doubled at first doubles taking the 6-4 win.
- Shoshi Dondes (Pikesville, Md., Beth Tfiloh) defeated Messiah's Annie Forry 6-2, 6-1 at No. 4 singles.
- Cara Cavorsi (Reading, Pa., Berks Catholic) secured her first collegiate win at No. 6 singles with a 6-1, 7-5 win over the Falcons' Naomi Parson.
