The Blue Jays lead the all-time series 66-52-1 and have won 17 of the last 18 meetings. The lone Bullet victory in that stretch was a 14-8 home win on Apr. 15, 2022.
LAST SEASON'S SERIES: Johns Hopkins used a five-run fourth inning to erase and early 5-3 Gettysburg lead on the way to a 13-8 win in the first game of the home-and-home series in Baltimore. Robert Murphy led the Gettysburg offense, hitting 3-for-5 with a double, a run, and a stolen base. Caleb Cyr paced the Blue Jays with a 3-for-3 day, including two home runs. He notched four RBI and drew two walks. In the return engagement in Gettysburg, the Bullets struck first to lead Johns Hopkins 3-0 after two innings, but the Blue Jays scored six runs in the top of the third and led the rest of the way for a 13-4 final. Brendan Laqui tallied two extra-base knocks, a triple and a double, in his first two at bats of the game. He also drove in three runs.
