LANCASTER, Pa. – Jackson Barroll (Annapolis, Md./Severn School), a junior on the Gettysburg men's lacrosse team, has been named Centennial Conference (CC) Offensive Player of the Week for the week of Apr. 13-19.

It is the first time in his career he has earned the weekly honor.

Barroll led the Bullets (9-4, 6-1 CC) to a pair of lopsided victories and to a top-two seed in the conference tournament. He netted seven goals and four assists on the week for 11 points. Barroll had four goals and two assists in just a half against McDaniel before scoring three goals and adding two assists at Washington. He added three ground balls and two caused turnovers.

For the season, he is second on the team with 27 goals and second with 18 assists for 45 points, which is one off the team lead. He has also picked up 25 ground balls and recorded six caused turnovers.

Gettysburg returns to action at home against Franklin & Marshall on Saturday. Game time is 1 p.m.
