2008-09: Posted the team’s second-best shot put distances indoors and outdoors…Placed 11th in the shot at the Centennial Conference indoor and outdoor championships…Threw an outdoor career-best 43-7 in the shot against Columbia Union and Messiah, finishing second…Uncorked an indoor season-best 43-6 ½ at the Ursinus Indoor Classic, taking 10th…Also competed in the discus and the javelin outdoors.

2007-08: Finished seventh in the shot put and ninth in the javelin at the Centennial Conference Outdoor Championships ... Threw an outdoor season-best 43-5 at the Messiah Invitational, where he finished eighth ... Placed third outdoors in the shot put at the Gettysburg Mason-Dixon Invitational ... Posted a season-best of 164-11 in the javelin ... Took ninth in the shot put at the CC Indoor meet ... Threw an indoor season-best of 43-9 3/4 at the Dickinson Invitational, where he finished third.

2006-07: Placed 13th in the shot put at the Centennial Conference Outdoor Championships.

High School: A three-sport athlete at Ridge H.S., competing ompeting in football, indoor track & field, and baseball for three years before joining the outdoor track team as a senior ... Played defensive end and offensive lineman in football and first base in baseball ... Was named a football second-team all-conference guard ... Earned all-conference honors in both the shot put and javelin ... Served as a track team captain ... Captured the NJCAA Athletic Scholar Award ... A member of the National Honor Society.
