Team tri-captain and strong middle-distance runner…Coming off his best cross country season.

2008-09: Outdoors, ran team’s second-fastest times in the 800 (1:55.85, PR) and the 1,500 (4:08.35)…Finished fifth in the 800 at the Centennial Conference Championships…Took fourth in the 1,500 at the Gettysburg Mason-Dixon Invitational...Indoors, posted team’s best time in the 800 (2:01.26)…Also ran the 800 leg of the distance medley relay team that set a school record (10:29.92) at the ECAC Championships…Finished ninth in the 800 and ran on third-place DMR team at the Centennial Conference Championships…Placed third in the mile at the Dickinson Invitational and fourth in the 800 at the Ursinus Frank Colden Invitational…Took seventh in the 800 at the Ursinus Indoor Classic.

2007-08: Scored in two events at the Centennial Conference Outdoor Championships, placing seventh in the 800 and eighth in the 1,500 ... Ran collegiate-best times of 1:56.67 in the 800 at the conference meet and 4:05.54 in the 1,500 at the Shippensburg Invitational ... Took third in the 800 at the Gettysburg Mason-Dixon Invitational ... Won the 800 at the Little Three Meet ... Ran on the team’s indoor 3,200-meter relay team that set a school record in 8:08.64.

High School: Competed in soccer and track & field at Westwood H.S. ... Played midfield on the soccer team and was a middle distance runner on the track team ... Served as team captain ... Won Sportsmanship and Unsung Hero awards.

Personal: Born Sept. 3, 1988 ... An economics major.
