Gettysburg College Athletics

Gettysburg’s top returning multi-event competitor…Serving as a team captain…Ranks sixth in school history in the decathlon (5,316 points)…Indoors, ranks third in the pentathlon (2,323 points), ninth in the 60-meter dash (7.52), and second in the distance medley relay (10:33.53). 

2012 Indoor: Finished with the team’s top mark in the shot put (32-6 1/4) and was second in the 400-meter dash (54.98) and 60-meter hurdles (10.53)…Also competed on the 4x200-meter relay team…Finished fourth among eight competitors at the Ursinus Pentathlon. 2012 Outdoor: Came away with the bronze in the decathlon at the Centennial Conference Championships, where he also ran on Gettysburg’s 4x400 relay team…Finished with the team’s top marks in the shot put (35- 1/2), discus (101-8), javelin (148-5), and pole vault (11-11 3/4)…Was second among the Bullets in the 400-meter dash (52.23).

2011 Indoor: Placed second in the 400m at the Messiah Invitational and was fifth at the Muhlenberg Invitational…Also recorded the Bullets’ second-best 400 time indoors (53.87)…Placed fifth in the 400m at the Dickinson Invitational and was fifth at the Dickinson Holiday Classic. 2011 Outdoor: Ran the team’s second-best time in the 400-meter dash (51.30) and had the squad’s top mark in the high jump (5-6)…Missed the Centennial Conference Championships due to injury.

High School: Played football, basketball and ran track & field at Littlestown H.S.…Served as captain…Won the A.G. Ealy Award-a scholarship based on football and academic performance.
