Biography

The Ackermann File: One of three returning starters on the offensive line…Will look to move back into his starting role at right guard…A converted tight end.

2010: Started all 10 games at right guard…Blocked for an offense that led the Centennial Conference in scoring offense (39.4 ppg), total offense (464.1 ypg), and rushing offense (248.2 ypg)…Also helped offense set school records for points in a season (394), touchdowns in a season (53), and rushing touchdowns in a regular season (33).

2009: Did not appear in any varsity games.

2008: Did not appear in any varsity games.

High School: Played football for Coach Steven Alvino at Centereach High School on Long Island, competing as a tight end and defensive end…Served as a team captain...Was also a defenseman on Centereach’s lacrosse team.

Personal: Born July 18, 1990…Son of Susan Ackermann and Anthony Crupi...A physics major and a mathematics and Japanese studies minor.
