It was the first career double-double for Bors, who shot 9-for-11 from the floor and also had a pair of blocked shots.

Gettysburg shot a season-best 56.8 percent from the field and owned a decisive 42-8 advantage in points in the paint. Both teams struggled at the foul line, where Shenandoah shot 8-for-18 and the Bullets were 14-for-26.
It was just the third all-time meeting between the Hornets and Bullets after Shenandoah captured victories in 1987-88 and 1988-89.
Gettysburg trailed just once – when Jared Carithers hit a jumper 30 seconds into the game to make it 2-0. But a 12-3 Gettysburg run gave the hosts an early seven-point advantage (12-5).
Fueled by four 3-pointers, Shenandoah came back to tie it (18-18) with 8:45 on the clock following a trey from Eli McEathron. But the Hornets were unable to reclaim the lead and the Bullets led 28-25 at the half.
Gettysburg appeared to be pulling away when Emerusabe threw down a fastbreak dunk with 14:14 left to make it 39-30. But the Hornets used a 6-0 run midway through the half, capped by a Daron Bogier 3-pointer, to pull to within 41-39 with 10:10 showing.
That would be as close as Shenandoah would get, however, as the Bullets answered with a 12-2 run to break it open. Bors scored the final six points of the spurt, and his driving lay-up made it 53-41 with 6:40 to go.
The Hornets could only cut the deficit to nine the rest of the way, the last time coming on a lay-up from Shaquille Rodney with 3:47 left. Freshman guard
Sango Amolo (Falls Church, Va./McLean) hit a pair of foul shots with 2:44 left, and Bors sealed it with a lay-up with 54 seconds remaining.
Gettysburg takes 12 days off for Christmas break before returning to the court Dec. 28 for the first round of the York (Pa.) College Coaches vs. Cancer Classic. The Bullets open tournament play against Farmingdale State with tip-off set for 8 p.m.
