OPENING TIP: Tonight's Centennial Conference (CC) game marks the 132nd all-time meeting between Gettysburg (17-6, 13-3 CC) and McDaniel (10-13, 5-11 CC) in a series that dates back to 1918. The Bullets lead the all-time series 92-36 and have won nine of the last 10 meetings. The lone Green Terror win during that stretch was a 55-53 victory in Westminster last season.

WHEN LAST WE MET: A 15-3 run midway through the second half sealed a 76-54 victory for Gettysburg at McDaniel on Jan. 17. Carl Schaller led the Bullets with 22 points and three steals. LAST TIME OUT: Ursinus used an 11-0 run in the first half to build a 15-point lead and maintained a double-digit lead for the final 22 minutes of the game to notch a 78-59 home win over Gettysburg on Saturday. WHAT'S THE SCENARIO?: Gettysburg enters the final week of the regular season with a home CC tournament game secured. The Bullets will assure themselves a spot in the semifinals and first-round bye with a 2-0 close to the season. Gettysburg knows it will be the No. 2 seed with two victories but can claim the top seed and hosting rights for the championship game if Johns Hopkins drops one of its final two games (at Washington tonight and home against Swarthmore on Saturday).

BLOCK PARTY: The Bullets enter action tonight as the top shot-blocking team in the conference and No. 6 in all of Division III at 6.0 blocks per game. Ryan McKeon is 27th in Division III at 2.17 blocks per contest. His 50 blocks paces the team and conference. Aidan Mess has swatted 20 shots this season - half of which have come in the last five games. Jordan Stafford has also blocked 18 shots this season. As a team, Gettysburg has 138 blocked shots.

LAST TIME OUT: David Kearney totaled his first career 20-point game and fourth double-double to lead McDaniel to a 76-69 overtime win at Muhlenberg on Saturday. (Full Recap) (Box Score)

WHAT'S THE SCENARIO?: The Green Terror has won three of its last four games to remain mathematically alive for the sixth seed in the CC tournament. McDaniel would need to win its last two games and hope Muhlenberg loses its final two and have Dickinson drop at least one of its last two to be tied for the sixth and final playoff spot. Each of those teams split in their regular-season series so the tiebreaker would be determined record versus teams in descending order. The Green Terror would then need Gettysburg to stay ahead of Franklin & Marshall in the final standings to earn the spot.

BRINK OF HISTORY: Head coach Kevin Curley, who is in his 16th year at the helm of the program, enters tonight's game with 184 career victories, leaving him one shy of tying Alex Ober as the all-time winningest coach in program history. Ober guided the Green Terror to a 185-207 record between 1972 and 1990. Curley enters tonight's game with a record of 184-223.
