Emma Ward (Falls Church, Va./Meridan) clinched match with a victory at sixth singles to lead Gettysburg to a 6-3 victory over Greenville.

• Ward teamed up with
Ellie Brignati (Rockville Centre, N.Y./Sacred Heart Academy) to win 8-3 at No. 3 doubles before taking her sixth singles match 6-3, 6-1.
THE REST OF THE STORY
• A victory by
Andrea Brazyte (Ronkonkoma, N.Y./Connetquot) and
Avery Palandjian (Lititz, Pa./Manheim Twp.) at first doubles (8-1) made it 2-1 in favor of Gettysburg. Brazyte and Palandjian also won at first and second singles, respectively.
• Brignati earned the Bullets final win of the day at fifth singles, playing to a 7-5, 7-6 (5), 1-0 (1) victory.
