Gettysburg College Athletics

Tonight's Centennial Conference (CC) opener the 35th all-time meeting between Gettysburg (1-5-1, 0-2 CC) and Haverford (5-2-1, 0-0-1 CC) in a series that dates back to 1993. The Bullets lead the all-time series 17-14-3 and have won two in a row after the Fords went 4-0-2 in the previous six games.

TWO FOR WEDNESDAY?: Gettysburg's last two goals have been scored by Jane Daiutolo on the team's last two Wednesday games. She scored in the second half of a 2-1 win over Elizabethtown before finding the back of the net in the second half at McDaniel this past Wednesday.

GOING BOTH WAYS: Wednesday's conference opener was the first time in the month of September that Haverford has played a game in which both teams have scored and it ended with the Fords' first draw of 2024. Haverford had two 3-0 wins among its four September victories and allowed three goals in one of its two losses.
