ATLANTA, Ga. –
Alayna Arnolie (Vienna, Va./James Madison), a junior on the Gettysburg women's basketball team, has been named to a Women's Basketball Coaches' Association (WBCA) All-America honorable mention, released on Wednesday.
Arnolie, a first-team All-Centennial Conference (CC) selection, was named first-team all-region by D3hoops.com on Tuesday. This is her second straight All-America honor.
The guard started all 28 games she played. She led the team in scoring at 15.3 points per game. She also had a team-high 49 3-pointers and team-best 73 steals. She also dished out 64 assists. She shot 39.2 percent from the floor and added 3.4 rebounds per game. She scored in double figures 24 times this season and 20 or more times in four games.
The Bullets (28-3, 14-1 CC) set a program record for wins in a season with 28, won the CC title for the fourth straight season and advanced to the national quarterfinals for the first time in program history.
