THE SKINNY STORY
Gettysburg got the pin needed in the final match of the day to forge a 21-all deadlock with Elizabethtown and was awarded the match victory on criteria. The decision went to the third criteria in the rule book ā total match points scored from decisions, major decisions and technical falls, which the Bullets held, 52-48.

Simon Taylor (Alexandria, Va./Woodbury Forest School) won it for the Bullets, earning a fall with 11 seconds remaining in the match.

⢠Gavin Fehr had the only pin for the Blue Jays, winning at 174 in 4:48.
THE REST OF THE STORY
⢠Deven Jackson and Corey Cope staked Elizabethtown to an early 6-0 lead with a pair of one-point decisions. Jackson won 2-1 in sudden victory at 125 before Cope took 133, 4-3.

Brendan Callahan (Woolrich Twp., N.J./Woolrich Twp.) made it 6-4 with a 14-3 major decision at 141, starting a run of four straight wins for Gettysburg.
Jake Mitchell (Enola, Pa./Cumberland Valley) followed with a 12-1 major decision of his own.
Gavin Pascoe (Schwenksville, Pa./Perkiomen School) made it three straight majors with an 11-3 win at 157.
Ethan Composto (Westfield, N.J./Westfield) made it a 15-6 lead with his 8-1 victory at 165.
⢠Gavin Fehr broke up the run with his second period fall before a Ganon Smith technical fall at 184 gave the hosts a 17-15 lead. Will Davis won 14-1 for a major at 197 to make it a six-point lead and push it to where
Simon Taylor needed a pin at heavyweight. The senior got his fall in 6:49 for the match.
