• In the opening preliminary round, Wisconsin-Whitewater's Luke Swan edged Gavin Pascoe with a takedown midway through the third period for a 4-2 decision. Pascoe then held on to defeat Wilkes' Jaryn Hartranft 10-8 to make his way into the main consolation bracket.
