2007-08: Outdoors, took seventh in the steeplechase at the CC Championships ... Finished second in the steeple at the Gettysburg Mason-Dixon Invitational and was third in the 1,500 at the Messiah Invitational ... Indoors, set school records in the mile (4:27.27) and the 3,000 (8:52.521) ... Placed eighth in the mile at the Centennial Conference Indoor Championships and eighth in the 3,000 at ECACs ... Finished second in the mile at the Dickinson Invitational.

2006-07: Finished sixth in the steeple at the Centennial Conference Outdoor Championships.

High School: Competed in soccer and track & field at Bainbridge-Guilford H.S. ... Played midfield in soccer and competed in the 400, 800, and steeplechase on the track.
