2007-08: Earned five Centennial Conference medals ... Outdoors, won the CC title in the 400-meter hurdles while taking the bronze in the 110-meter hurdles and the long jump ... Was a member of the 1,600-meter relay team that won the indoor and outdoor conference titles and won its race at the Penn Relays ... Indoors, finished seventh at the CC meet in the long jump and placed fifth in the 55-meter hurdles ... Won the Ursinus Pentathlon.

2006-07: The CC outdoor silver medalist in the 400-hurdles and a fourth-place finisher in the 110-hurdles.
