THE SKINNY STORY
In the first year of a new four-race format in the 50-year history of the Paul Short Run, Gettysburg placed fifth in the Green Race with 187 points.
THE LEADERS
•
Maddon McNicholas (Morgantown, Pa./Twin Valley) led the Bullets with an 11th-place finish, registering a time of 27:02.3 on the 8,000-meter course.
FOR THE FOES
• Grove City won the 22-team race with 64 points.
THE REST OF THE STORY
•
Mick Lorenger (Alexandria, Va./Thomas Edison) crossed the line 26th overall with a time of 27:34.6.
•
Josh Judson (Arvada, Colo./Faith Christian) was 44th with a time of 28:13.1 while
Austin Hudak (Boonton Twp., N.J./Mountain Lakes) finished 49th with a time of 28:17.8.
•
Colin Carpenter (Ridgefield, Conn./ Wooster School) placed 61st with a time of 28:41.
•
Joe Zimbler (Nesconset, N.Y./Smithtown East) was 80th (29:14.3) while
Andrew Ersin (Wynnewood, Pa./Lower Merion) was 92nd (29:30.4).

Ben Cole (95th, 29:36.5),
Jayden Craig (97th, 29:39.3),
Matthew Kurek (115th, 30:20.2),
James Higinbotham (157th, 32:57),
Aidan Martin (182nd, 35:13.7) rounded out the Bullets competitors.
THE INSIDE STORY
• A total of 203 runners competed at the 8,000-meter distance.

Maddon McNicholas turned in the Bullets' 18th-ranked time on the historic Lehigh Goodman Campus course.
