Gettysburg had seven competitors at the National Guard Mideast Futures hosted by TCNJ.

James Doliscar (Bayshore, N.Y./Northfield Mount Hermon) won his first-round bout at 184 over Derrick DeMann of Keystone by 13-1 major decision before winning his second match by a 13-9 decision against Dave Giulian of TCNJ. In the semifinal round, Brendan Newbury of Stevens topped Doliscar by a 7-2 decision, and Doliscar won the third-place bout by forfeit.

Tank Spelta (Elkridge, Md./Georgetown Prep) received a first-round bye at 125 before falling to Stevens' Vincent Principe by technical fall 15-0. In the consolation final, Ursinus' Andrew Perez earned a major decision over Spelta 12-3.

Kyle Collins (Mastic Beach, N.Y./William Floyd) fell to Gurjaan Bhangu of RIT by an 8-1 decision in the first round. In the consolation first round, Collins took an 8-1 decision over Anthony Vitola of Elizabethtown and earned a 15-0 technical fall in round two against Alexander Tenaglia of Ursinus. Justin Baker of RIT won over Collins by 54 second fall in the semifinal round.

Justin Musmanno (West Windsor, N.J./West Windsor-Plainsboro North) lost an 8-5 decision to Anthony Bistany of Stevens in the first round of bouts at 141. In the consolation round, Musmanno topped teammate
Joey Coppola (Clinton, N.J./North Hunterdon) by technical fall, 17-0 before earning two straight wins, including a technical fall against Conner Sklavounos of Wilkes 15-0 to advance to the semifinal. In the consolation round of four, Luke Yorke downed Musmanno by major decision 23-10.

Torey Falkinburg (Brielle, N.J./Manasquan) earned a first-round major decision, 16-8, over Adam Grover of St. Johns Fisher and a 12-7 decision against Owen Heffner of Elizabethtown before falling to Josh Post of RIT by a 9-0 major decision. In the consolation round of eight, Ryan Mansueto of Delaware Valely topped Falkinburg 10-6.

Joey Coppola, received a first-round bye before Bryson Vaughn of RIT won by 15-0 technical fall. In the consolation round of 16, Musmanno earned the 17-0 technical fall over Coppola.

Graham Chandler (Washington, D.C./St. Albans School) dropped his first-round matchup to Gannon Brooks of McDaniel by fall. In the consolation round, Mike Patti of RIT took a 9-4 decision over Chandler.
