Messiah recorded two first-period pins in a three-match stretch to secure a 32-11 victory over Gettysburg.
THE LEADERS

Ethan Composto (Westfield, N.J./Westfield) led the Bullets with a technical fall at 149, recording a 20-4 win in the third period.
FOR THE FOES
• Mason Casey had the first of three falls for the Falcons, taking the match at 133 in 1:56.
THE REST OF THE STORY
• An escape and takedown early in the third period keyed a 12-2 major decision victory for Bryce Arnold at to open the night at 125. Mason Casey added a first-period fall to extend the lead to 10-0.

Brendan Callahan (Woolrich Twp., N.J./Kingsway Regional) built a 7-0 lead through two periods en route to a 9-3 win at 141.
Ethan Composto closed the deficit to 10-8 with a takedown midway through the third period to give him a 20-4 technical fall.
• After a takedown took off the major decision at 157, Clay Gainer got an escape just before the final horn and added the time advantage point for a 12-4 win for a 14-8 lead. A second-period reversal and third-period takedown keyed a Keegan Demarest a 7-2 win at 165. An Austin Brass first-period fall at 174 pushed the lead to 23-8 with three bouts remaining. Ryder Slayton sealed the match with a 7-1 win at 184. Sawyer Dereszynski, after nearly being pinned early at 197, got a reversal and a pin of his own in 2:07.

Simon Taylor (Alexandria, Va./Woodbury Forest School) got a pair of takedowns in the third period for the only offensive points of a 8-2 win at heavyweight to end the night.
