LANCASTER, Pa. – Patrick Kilcoyne (Belmont, Mass./Belmont), a senior on the Gettysburg men's golf team, has been named Centennial Conference (CC) Men's Golfer of the Week, for the week of Sept. 8-16.

It is the fourth time in his career he has earned the weekly honor.

Kilcoyne led the Bullets to a 12th-place finish at the Gate City Invitational hosted by Greensboro to open the season on Monday and Tuesday. In a field that featured 13 of the top 25 teams and eight of the top 10 in the preseason poll, Kilcoyne fired a one-under par 215 to finish ninth in the 96-player field. He fired an even-par 72 in the opening round on Monday before carding a two-under par 70 Monday afternoon and a one-over par 73 in Tuesday's final round.

Gettysburg returns to action at the Division III Fall Preview at Mission Inn Resort on Sunday-Tuesday.
