Second-ranked New York University won the first 11 events of the day to help defeat No. 18 Gettysburg, 175-81.
THE LEADERS

Bramley Hawkins (Camp Hill, Pa./Camp Hill) led the Bullets, touching first in the 100 butterfly with a time of 57.56 seconds.
FOR THE FOES
• Kaley McIntyre led the Violets with wins in the 200 free (1:52.82) and 50 free (23.54 seconds).
• Sammy Wong won both breaststroke events, capturing the 100 in a time of 1:06.18 and the 200 in a time of 2:22.86. She and McIntyre bookended the 200 medley relay to a 1:46.12, opening the meet with a win.
• Aanya rounded out the NYU swimmers with two individuals wins, taking the 1000 free (10:33.59) and 500 free (5:06.79).
THE REST OF THE STORY

Lanie McKenzie (Wilmington, Del./Charter School of Wilmington),
Maya Knoller (Bernardsville, N.J./Newark Academy),
Bramley Hawkins and
Valerie Lawton (Yardley, Pa./Pennsbury) combined to open the day with a third-place finish in the 200 medley relay, combining for a time of 1:47.55.

Kristen Racicot (Trumbull, Conn./Trumbull) finished second in the 200 butterfly with a time of 2:10.12.

Ava Berry (Raleigh, N.C./Sanderson) placed third in the 1000 free with a time of 10:54.58 before
Mia Morreale (Short Hills, N.J./Millburn) also touched third in the 200 free with a time of 1:57.27. Morreale added a second-place finish in the 200 backstroke with a time of 2:05.91.
• Lawton and Morreale went 3-4 in the 50 free with time of 24.37 and 24.95 seconds, respectively. Lawton was also third in the 100 free (52.94) while Hawkins tied for fifth (53.94).
THE INSIDE STORY
• Knoller added a fourth-place finish in the 100 breaststroke (1:09.39).

Lanie McKenzie won the 200 IM, posting a time of 2:13.87 in the final individual event of the day.
