Gettysburg, ranked 17th, won 10 of the 14 events to key a 178-84 win over Rowan.
THE LEADERS
•
Ava Berry (Raleigh, N.C./Sanderson) led the Bullets with a pair of individual wins, including touching first in the 1000 free with a program-record time of 10:21.33. The mark bettered Kiera Heath's previous mark from 2008 by nearly three seconds. Berry also won the 500 free with a time of 5:14.99.
FOR THE FOES
• Ella Pennington won three of the four events for the Profs. She touched first in the 100 back (56.21 seconds), 200 back (2:04.52) and 100 fly (57.56).
• Rhylee Cornell notched a win in the 200 breaststroke with a time of 2:27.17.
THE REST OF THE STORY

Mia Morreale (Short Hills, N.J./Millburn),
Maya Knoller (Bernardsville, N.J./Newark Academy),
Bramley Hawkins and
Valerie Lawton (Yardley, Pa./Pennsbury) combined to open the day with a win in the 400 medley relay, combining for a time of 3:54.50.
• After
Ava Berry's 29.23-second win in the 1000 free,
Lanie McKenzie (Wilmington, Del./Charter School of Wilmington) made it three straight wins to start the meet, touching first in the 200 free with a time of 1:58.22.
• Knoller and
Audrey Csokmay (Potomac, Md./Richard Montgomery) went 1-2 in the 100 breaststroke with times of 1:06.93 and 1:07.58, respectively. Csokmay was also second in the 200 breaststroke with a time of 2:27.79.
• Hawkins just outtouched
Kristen Racicot (Trumbull, Conn./Trumbull) in the 200 butterfly, posting a winning time of 2:10.40 while Racicot came to the wall in a time of 2:11.34. Hawkins then added a second-place showing in the 100 fly with a time of 57.66 seconds.
• The Bullets swept the top four spots both the 50 free and 100 free.
Delaney Reck (Pawcatuck, Conn./Stonington) led the quartet to the wall in the 50 with a time of 24.29 seconds. Lawton (24.51) placed second. Lawton then flipped spots with Reck in the 100 with a time of 53.05 while Reck finished with a time of 53.64.
• Morreale rounded out the individual winners with a victory in the 200 IM with a time of 2:10.62. She added a second-place finish in the 100 backstroke (57.74 seconds) while
Kara Woods (Quakertown, Pa./Quakertown Community) touched third (1:00.43). Morreale and McKenzie then went 2-3 in the 200 back with times of 2:06.57 and 2:12.49, respectively.
• Knoller, McKenzie, Reck and Lawton rounded out the day with a win in the 200 free relay, combining for a time of 1:37.94.
THE INSIDE STORY

Grace Tyler (North Granby, Conn./Westminster School) placed third in the 1000 free with a time of 11:09.84.

Maggie Sedlak (Darien, Conn./Darien) was third in the 200 free (2:00.49).

Paige McKim (Robesonia, Pa./The King's Academy) placed third in the 500 free (5:25.63).
•
Morgan Puckett (Healdsburg, Calif./Cardinal Newman) touched third in the 100 fly (1:00.07).
