Slim in stature, this Norwich, Conn., native filled some impressive shoes for Head Coach Bob Hulton. In his very first varsity season, he averaged 20.1 points a game and received honorable mention All-East. As a junior, he was named team co-captain and finished 17th in foul shooting among all Division I players. He was also named the outstanding player in the Battlefield Tournament that year.

His senior year was his most exciting as he scored his 1000th point in a win over Delaware. He was featured on the cover of the Penn Palestra program as the top visiting player to the city of Philadelphia. He needed just 36 points in the final game of his career to become Gettysburg's third ranked leader. He went onto score 40 points in a win over Lebanon Valley, thus posting a career 1,187 points. During that game he hit 19 field goals, setting a new Gettysburg record.

He was second team all-conference, honorable mention All-State and was awarded the coveted Charles W. Beachem Award.
