Hall of Athletic Honor
Considered one of the top female athletes of the 60s, the Elba, N.Y., native was outstanding in the classroom as well as in three sports. She was elected to Phi Bata Kappa and was president of the Women's Student Government.
As a field hockey player, she was named to the Mid-East team in both her junior and senior years; played in the nationals at Ohio Wesleyan and Rochester, N.Y., both years; was the leading scorer and team captain. She co-captained the basketball team and was an outstanding doubles and singles winner her senior year.
