Hall of Athletic Honor
A native of Spring Mills, Pa., she played field hockey and basketball for four years, serving as field hockey captain her junior year. She played right inner and center halfback and in three years helped guide Gettysburg to a 9-5-4 record.
She won three varsity letters in basketball. As a sophomore, she led all scorers with 119 points, scoring 29 against Lebanon Valley and 28 against Hood. She again led the team in point production as a junior with 118 and went over the 20-point mark in two games. Her career came to an abrupt end when she sustained an injury in the middle of her senior year.
A Dean's List student as a history major, she was actively involved in campus life. She belonged to the band and received the Arian Award, was Junior Class president and was named Outstanding Junior.
