Gettysburg College Athletics

He was an exceptionally strong athlete who came from Butler, Pa. He was the recipient of countless honors as a fullback on the football team and as a baseball player. However, give him a basketball and he was in a class all by himself. Recognized as one of the top basketball players in the State of Pennsylvania, he played on the varsity four years, was the leading scorer and a dazzling ball handler.
