As a dominant and steady force in goal, Koudelka helped propel the Bullets’ men’s lacrosse program to national prominence. A two-time All-American, Koudelka led the team to Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) championships and NCAA tournament appearances in all three seasons that he was the starting goalkeeper.

As the backstop for three trips to the NCAA tournament, which were the first three of 12 consecutive berths from 1991-2002, Koudelka put his name in the school record book. His 1992 saves total of 193 was fifth-highest in Gettysburg history at the time. That mark is still eighth at the time of his induction. He also graduated with the sixth-most saves in school history with 510, a number which is still seventh in 2006.

His stellar play earned him individual honors. He was a three-time first-team MAC All-Star, the conference's most valuable player in 1993 and was a second-team All-American in both 1992 and 1993.

He played every game as a sophomore, junior and senior compiling a 33-9 overall record.

A native of Tallahassee, Fla., he graduated from Gettysburg in 1993 with a degree in health and physical education.
